ITunes 12, not showing artwork in the store, not personal music

ITunes 12, not showing artwork in the store, not personal music. So when I go to browse the music store or movies, it does not show me covers of any thumbnails.

I have uninstalled the windows 10 app and reinstalled the windows version of ITunes and it still does not show the covers. It is very annoying to browse music without seeing the covers.
