Want to save book on iPhoto to PDF - when click on buy error connecting to the Apple Store

In iPhoto, open the book, then ctrl-click the empty background between the pages. Click "Save as PDF".

The Buy Book button does no longer work, because Apple does no longer accept any orders for print products since the first of October last year.

Hold down the Option key before clicking on the Buy Book button. It works for me with iPhoto 9.6.1.

What version of iPhoto do you have?
