So recently an update poped up on my iphone for my apple watch 4 that ecg is avaible in my country(Czech Republic). I set up everything and now it tells me to place finger on digital crown. Im placing my finger on the digital crown but nothing but hearth shows. It wont start the measuring. Any tips ?

I would suggest you reset your Watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. Also Check your Watch is updated to 5.2.1and your iphone is running ios 12.3. Failing that Unpair your Watch and repair it.
It still wont work, i tried to change wrist but still nothing.. Like i wont put the finger on the d. crown.
ECG wont start the measuring
