Plz help me for reducing size in seting menu

After update iOS 12.3 my iPhone seting menu is big line plz help me for reducing line size and see attached picture

Check Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size > set the Text size slider here

This setting always default ...its okk this seting ....not change nothing
