Why at iPhone 7, 8, SE2 menu goes beyond the boundaries screen?

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

It's not resolve problem. Menu position like for screen iPhone X-11. It's a program bug from only 4.5 inch displays
