Itunes Apple ID differs from actual Apple ID

Hello everyone!

I really need help. I gave my old iPad to my sister to use after factory resetting it. To my surprise I have since been unable to update my apps as it keeps bringing up her own Apple ID . I have changed my own ID to a different one and asked to carry out another reset. In settings my name and ID is there. But when I want to update my apps it still asks me to sign in with her own Apple ID which is her email address. What can I do?

A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps/purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
