My first I phone and my Apple News is not available? Why and how do I make it work?

Apple News may not be available in your country, As of right now it is only available in
- Australia
- Canada
- UK
- USA

I've been trying to understand "why" Apple News is only available to a selected few countries.
I cannot find anything on the internet that explains this.
Would you have a clue?
