Years ago, I had an Ipod touch that I created an icloud with my main email. I then stopped using that ipod, and forgot my password to that icloud, so I created a new one with a different email for my iphone xs. Now that I am graduating, I will not be able to use the email on my XS account and would like to switch it to the original one, but it keeps saying that the account already exists because of my ipod. Help!

You can't merge Apple IDs, which is what using the same email address for 2 IDs would be doing. You will need to get another email address or try to recover the password for the original ID so you can use it.
