Issues with display screen and battery life

Hi, I am facing significant issues with my iPhone. Touch screen doesn't respond properly and there is some flickering seen at top of the screen. Additionally, sometimes apps are opened or closed by themselves or calls are made. It seems like the issue is with display screen but I am not 100% sure.

Secondly, the battery life has deteriorated significantly.
