Can’t log into iCloud account on Mac

Can’t log into anything on Mac. Asks me to update my icloud and I can’t log into it. Password is correct. Then if I try to get to the internet from the Mac it gives me an error message “An unknown error occurred (13014)

Solved! I downloaded the Mojave combo update https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2000?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

Updated again and now it's accepting my password . I hope it will work for all of you too!
