Activity Data restore failure.

Hello.

As I was recently having some problems with my phone, and with bluetooth, I decided to restore it. I restored it a few nights ago, and restored my Apple Watch as well. Everything restored back to my iPhone, even most of my Activity Data. The problem is, that for 5 days, there is no data. How do I fix this?

"Restoring Activity data from icloud..." does not complete on iPhone 8 PLUS for the Activity App with Apple Watch 5 I recently did a full iCloud backup and iCloud restore to an iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 13.5.1 (latest at the time of writing). My iCloud restore was successful for all apps except the Activity App that is paired with a new Apple Watch Series 5. I have had no issues with Message, Photos, Settings,.... However, my iCloud Backups in Settings shows that I am still “Restoring Media” and my Activity App says “Restoring Activity data from iCloud...”. In addition, when I look at my Health App in Settings, I can see two Apple Watches (one from before the restore and a second one after) and two iPhones (one before the backup and one after). The pre-restore devices have health data. How long should Activity Data take to restore assuming a fast internet connection and a few years of Activity data? Should it be multiple hours? Is there a way to JUST restore the Activity data? Basically I want to stop the iCloud restore and try again for just the data that is not there. In the Health App settings where I see duplicate iPhone and Apple Watches, there is a way to “Delete All Data from “iPhone””. Is this as dangerous as I think it is? Activity data not fully synced to new phone I upgraded my phone a few days ago from my iPhone 7 to the iPhone X. I set up the new phone by using my current 7s most recent back up (an hour before setting up). Whilst it appears to have lost a number of phone numbers, I have managed to resolve this. However the activity app seems to only have the last 37 days of data (35 days at the point of setting up the new phone). I have had my Apple Watch for over a year but it’s lost all data from before 28th April!? This means I’ve also lost a lot of awards if previously earned. Can any one shed any light on how to resolve this? Thanks Sarah

Activity not syncing with new iPhone 12 Pro I had to get a new iPhone as my old 6s broke and became unresponsive. I picked up the iPhone 12 Pro and was able to sync it to my Apple Watch. My Apple Watch shows my activity and me closing my rings but yet my phone shows nothing. I can see my old data. I have gone through multiple different steps to sync them together but to no avail. Anyone have any solutions or new tricks? Thank you.

The backup was the night before, but the problem fixed itself! Thanks for spending time replying!

How old was the backup you used to restore with?,if it was a backup dated before the 5 days that you lost then you have lost those 5 days,the backup will only restore the data recorded up to and including the date it was backed up.
