Audio output keeps switching back to HDMI from Sonos (Airplay)

Hello

I cannot output sound from my Apple TV to my Sonos' Play5 . It is recognized as an Airplay device in the audio settings : I can select it as the audio output (and unselect HDMI); but when when I start Airplay, it doesn't work : no sound in my Play5, and in the settings, audio output is set back to HDMI

Can anyone help please?

tvOS 14.6 broke AirPlay audio from MacBook Pro Updated Apple TV to tvOS 14.6 earlier today and now it seems I can’t AirPlay audio from my MacBook Pro to it. Tried several times and no audio comes out. Tried it from my iPhone 11 and it works fine. Restarted Apple TV & no go either. Anyone else with this issue? Thanks.

Apple TV: Airplay to Sonos stops when HDMI-cable is plugged out on tvOS 17.0 Hi everyone, I have a setup where I use an Apple TV 4K (1.Gen) that isn‘t connected to an actual TV to send Apple Music through Airplay to Sonos speakers. Since I updated to tvOS 17.0, this isn‘t working anymore. Interestingly, everything works fine when the Apple TV is connected to a TV with an HDMI-cable. As soon as I plug the HDMI-cable out, the playback stops, although on the iPhone it shows no sign of stopping or pause. Playback bar keeps going up. Just the audio is gone. Plug the HDMI-cable back in, audio is back right away. Never has this problem on tvOS 16.x. I‘m hoping for an update to fix this. If anyone is having similar problems and knows a workaround, please share. Thank you!

airplay not working only Sound is coming and not Video When trying to do Airplay from my Mac to Apple TV (TWO Devices connected to Samsung TV & HomeTheater) only I can hear Sound but not Video Earlier 1 week back it was working not sure why it's not working any more... I didn't make any software update or any thing...Can some one help me

Does airplay work if you stream from an IOS device directly to the speaker?
