Does anyone know how to insert a picture of my medical information into the Medical ID of the iPhone Health App?

I just type them in.

Open the health app - medical id - edit then click edit under the current picture and choose the option it gives you.
Thank you, but I am trying to keep a list of my prescriptions inside my medical id file if it is possible. I do not want to change my photo. Any suggestions?
Sorry I totally misread that.. I don't see any options for what you want to do.
You will have to type the list under medications in your Medical ID page.
