my phone is not responsive.

my phone screen is open I can see my apps but I press on them and they don't do anything I try to turn it off but when I do it it doesn't do anything either. :(

Force reboot the device - Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
