Network issues

I am having network issues whichever SIM I am using the network coverage will be low comparing it to other phones.

Incoming calls are not clear due to this issue .

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Reset your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
