A friend of my friend Found a lost iPhone gave it to me to check whether I can repair it... found it’s an iPhone in lost mode... if the owner can contact me i can give the info of who’s holding this phone.

If the phone doesn't give you a way of contacting the owner you have no way of contacting him; and he has no way of contacting you. Turn it in to the police as lost property - don't go trying to 'repair' it.
