I downloaded an app on my old iPad called home design 3D. I bought it using my old Apple ID. I have a new iPad and a new Apple ID. I want to restore this app but I am unable because I have a new Apple ID. I have already paid for the app and would like to restore my purchase.
You can't transfer purchases between Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs to share purchases.
