Family Sharing Setup

I am setting up family sharing, but when I reach the add payment method screen, I put in the required details but at the top, in red, it says, "For assistance contact itune support". I don't understand why, because it doesn't give a reason or an issue.

We are fellow users, we obviously also won't know why you are being told to contact iTunes Support. If you haven't already done so do as instructed and contact them :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
