Can’t download apps

After updating to iOS 12.3 I can’t download apps. No error message pops up either. After I press “get” the icon just spins for a minute before giving up. Can’t verify if I was able to download apps before 12.3, but that could be the issue. Yes I’ve restarted my phone, yes I’ve signed out and back into the App Store. Ideas?

Apps From App Store won't download Hi, i have an iPhone 6s, im trying to download any app from the App Store, but it simply won't finish downloading. The app would either appear blacked out or it will pop up the message "(App name) cannot be downloaded. Try again later". I tried restoring the settings, but the same happened. I am on the stable version of iOS 14.4.
