Apple Watch Stuck on Apple Logo Screen

Hello all. I have a 2nd generation Apple Watch. Love the thing. Swim laps with it all the time. So I am very bummed it all of sudden stopped working. So here is my situation.

I have tried the hard reset multiple times, no success what so ever. So please no recommendation on that. So then I unpaired the watch from recommendation of others, which was the worst thing I could of done because now my phone cannot find it at all. So now all that happens is I turn it on and all it can do is flash the apple logo at me and never make it past the apple logo screen. And I repeat, my phone cannot find it. Is there any way out of this or do I need to head to an apple store. Of which I live abroad and we have no apple store.

I suggest you try dealing with the repair and support call center, (link) Get Support and get a proper support case raised for mail in or a Genius Bar appointment to get the watch examined properly and an official verdict.

attach it to the charger and force reboot it by pressing the Digital Crown and the side button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

You can mail the watch to an Apple store.

We have the same issue on the Series 3. I have tried everything. We took it to the Apple store but they wouldn’t even look at it because my niece did not have apple care. We asked if we could pay and they said no.
