Money frozen, order stuck
Hi, today I've ordered iPad Pro 11 inch version with 256 GB on board with LTE as well with pencil, keyboard and some USB-C to USB connector.
Apple charged me for this order (money is frozen now on my card account) and after an hour Apple gave me: please pay for your order.
I've already paid (you froze my money) and now I can't even retry this order because I don't have enough spare money (~$1500).
I tried to contact Apple Support, but all in vain...
