My mac air no longer recognises my Canon MG66650 printer
Hi, I'm stumped! the printer was showing as connected but idle in the printers and scanners menu but I keep getting the message that 'scanner reported and error'. I deleted and re-installed an updated driver for my current OS operating system, Mojave 10.14.5. But it hasn't helped. Any ideas please?
