After installing the latest update, I've had nothing but issues. The updated completed, but now I can't restore my phone. I had to reset to factory settings and try to the do backup as if it were a new phone, but I keep getting an error message saying backup can't be completed due to an error that occurred. That's it! I'm using the latest version of itunes. Any advise??

From the first way, they mention about "make sure our device is updated with the latest version of ios and all apps also updated". I already did that way but still the same result, I can't restore the backup, the reason is also same with the previous.
