Three Finger Drag Gone in Mojave 10.14.5?

My MacBook Pro just updated with the new Mojave update yesterday. Now the three finger drag gesture is nowhere to be found. It's usually on this screen, but it's gone. If the new update took out the three finger drag gesture I'm going to be so frustrated. That's one of the most efficient gestures for the trackpad. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? I tried restarting the computer but it's still not showing up. No idea. I clicked through the other two gesture tabs and it's not there.
