-3170 Error using Outlook 2011 14.7.7 on MacBook Air / Mojave

Hi,


I'm having trouble sending/receiving email in Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac (14.7.7). The Mac is on Mojave.


The error is:


"Outlook cannot find server. Verify the server information is entered correctly in the Account Settings, and that your DNS settings in the Network pane of System Preferences are correct." 


And "Could not retrieve mail.


Error Code -3170


I can connect through 2 different iPhones with the same settings but Outlook on Mac won't let me do it.


I have rebuilt the Microsoft database identity, I have re-installed Office, I have upgraded the IOS to Mojave, I have deleted and reloaded the account, I have started the MAC in recovery mode and the problem still occurs. There is another account (different provider) on the Mac that works fine.


I know this is a well documented issue but there isn't any specific fix that I can see.


Any input would be beneficial.
