iTunes billing

Cancelled my subscription would like a refund as I’ve cancelled it before but it still comes out of my bank

iPhone XS, iOS 12

Please verify if the subscription is listed as active and ongoing at the subscriptions page for your account:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Canceled subscriptions should list an expire date, instead of a next billing date.

If it is still listed as active and ongoing, then you should cancel it there.


See if other similar priced items are in the purchase history for your Apple ID, that could be reason for the charge:

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If the old subscription is not mentioned as above, then investigate as listed here:

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If you are charged for someone else’s purchases (i.e. nothing listed for your Apple ID account), then you will have to talk to your bank.
