Iphone not ringing, vibrates but no sound

Hiya,

Whenever my phone is receiving a call or notification it will vibrate but there is no sound. I have checked that 'Do Not Disturb' it off and it is. The sound seems to be turned on full, therefore I am confused as to why it is not ringing. Any ideas?
