Phone does not vibrate when ringing.

My phone does not vibrate on ring nor text even when Vibrate on Ring and Vibrate on Silent turned on. iPhone 12 iOS 15.4.1

Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working as expected, you can try restarting it by turning it off, then turning it back on.":
