I have an iPhone 7 and it's storage was full. I was planning on transferring my files to another device since I have only 5 GB on iCloud and the rest of it wasn't backed up. But my phone discharged randomly and when I restarted it, it says iPhone disabled connect to iTunes. I want all my files back since they were really important. Please help y'all.

You can only get back what was backed up to icloud.
there is nothing can do with the phone but restore it to factory settings.
You weren't able back up any new data to icloud because you had no more icloud storage.
