Add location services toggle to the control center

Apple must add a location on/off toggle as a iOS Control Center option in the earliest possible v.next release. These days informed users aren’t walking around with location services “On” - they turn it on when they need it and off when done. Apple seems to purposely make it difficult to toggle location services on/off with (5) or more nav steps. There are many reasons this toggle needs to be a “swipe” action like a Control Center widget beyond privacy and ergonomics, such as safety when launching a map app.

Hopefully someone from Apple will comment.

Thank you for the reply.

I’m familiar with the App level location settings. Those are a different level of interaction than the location on/off “switch”. This legacy design of where the highly dynamic location on/off switch and the near static app level location settings are co-located is not a constraint. The switch is already a widget that could be made into a control center object in a few days. Leave the legacy location the way it is for now. Just solve a real problem quickly.
