Logic Pro X sample sounds users do not have read write access

Hi I'm having a bit of a problem with Logic Pro X where users do not have proper access to use them in their projects.

We are using Jamf as the MDM, The files are on the computer but it looks like the read write access is not allowing Logic to use them in projects.

We have attempted the above, however the users do not have access to the assets option in logic >file> project settings etc. Should we log in locally to the machine to change this preference? The thing is, it is not all users that have this problem, only some. Which makes me think it cannot be a problem solved by changing preferences on a local log on ?

This is in a School environment, Any suggestions would be really helpful
