New emails not received on Mac

Since 5/21, have not received new emails on my Mac. Have tried shutting down and rebooting. Have checked to see that there are no IOS updates not loaded.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14

The best place to start is by opening up the Mail app and launching Connection Doctor under the Window menu. I expect there will be an error related to your incoming mail server. You could take a screen shot (COMMAND-SHIFT-4) to your desktop and post that image in your reply:
