Unable to access my advanced network settings on mac OSX Mojave

I'd like to remove some of the wifi networks from my MacBook pro, running on Mojave OS X 10.14.5. For some reason, the networks in my advanced settings are all greyed out (inaccessible).

I cannot find a way to unlock this. Does anyone have a clue how to unlock these? I've never encountered this before, in my memory, I was able to delete individual wifi networks previously. Perhaps it changed after an update, I can't tell.

I've searched this issue on the www, but didn't find any solutions, or, in the solutions offered, advanced networks were accessible.

Please don't ask me questions why I'd want to do it, I am just looking for solutions.

Looking forward to replies.

"Did you unlock the padlock on the main Network page?"

Oops... noooo..., I didn't...! I hadn't guessed the connection between those to things--the padlock being in a different pane than the advanced settings. Also, I didn't make a conscious decision to lock the advanced settings.

I was able to solve the issue now, thank you!
