Call sound is too loud

While talking on call other person who is near to me could here caller's sound because its loudness.

Is there any setting through which this can be avoided?

When you are on call.

This will work only when on call. Now press the volume up or down button depending on your requirement.

Note you can also turn off the adjust by buttons for ringer and alerts, so the button just control the audio element.

Adjust (turn down) the volume during those calls.
