The 4K movie plays fine on my iMac, iPad, and iPhone. But when I try to play it on my new 4K Vizio PQ65-F1 TV via my Apple TV 4K, I get a green video screen but the soundtrack is fine. Same thing if I try to Airplay it from my iMac or mobile devices. My Apple TV 4K is set to 4K Dolby Vision and I have Match Content and Frame Rate both turned on.
Possibly an HDMI cable issue. First ensure the cable is connected firmly on both ends and if necessary please replace it with a cable designed for 4K content, not all HDMI cables are designed for 4K.
Already checked the cables. Apple TV 4K actually performs a cable test. All 4K content from Netflix and Amazon Prime play fine from the Apple TV 4K. I'm thinking there may be a problem with the m4v file itself.
