My Apple TV works fine with the Samsung TV I own, but when I turn on HDR, all the colors look faded / low contrast. I have the HDMI UHD setting turned on in the Samsung settings, but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

I am using HDMI, but the HDMI Output option in the Apple TV Settings disappears when I switch to HDR.
Model: UN55HU8500.
Right now it is set to YCbCr - I tried changing it to RGB High but it did nothing. When I switch from 4K SDR to 4K HDR, the HDMI Output option disappears completely, so I don't even know that it is doing anything.
