I have my iPhone & macBook connected to iCloud. Photos from my iPhone are always synced. Photos from my macBook were synced previously, but now they stop syncing.
On both devices iCloud is enabled & there's enough space there.
What could be a problem

Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop Photos syncing by unchecking the box. Wait a couple of minutes, then check syncing. Allow time for the sync to complete.
Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?

If you have a large collection of photos and videos, your upload might take more time than usual. You can see the status and pause the upload for one day.

Thanks for you reply, but it doesn't sync for several months already. Previously it took not more then a day
