Recover failed Voice Memos stuck in memory

Hello.

I deleted all the voice memos available in the app, but in Settings it still shows as taking up to 3 GB in data.

A few times I was recording voice memos and the phone ran out of memory, so I suspect that those failed recordings are stuck somewhere in phone's memory.

Is there are trick to recover those recordings?

Thank you.

Speaking candidly for a moment: if you deleted them, then it's safe to expect that they won't be recoverable.

That said, you can try checking icloud to see if they have synced to another device.

You could also try syncing with itunes on your computer to see if they carry over (again, not likely but worth a shot if you want to try)

Both of these steps can be found here: Share and sync recordings in Voice Memos on iPhone - Apple Support

Best of luck!
