Watch OS 5.2.1 update issues

I had a tough time trying to get the newest update for the watch.


My iPhone, after updating to 12.3.1, kept saying I wasnt connected to the internet every time I launched the software update for my watch through the app. (I was connected to the internet, everything else was working fine.)


Finally after resyncing the watch, the update finally started downloading... but toggled between 3 hours to 6 days to finish the download. After an hour and a half the watch finally completed the update, but throughout the download process and even now that it’s done... I’m getting this pop up saying the app installation can’t complete. Anyone else having these issues?? I’m hoping it’s just a glitch with the new updates and will be fixed next release.
