Sign out from my iCloud with old and locked apple id

My old apple id was locked and I can’t unlock it so i change my apple id but when i want to sign out from my iCloud with old apple id it says you should enter your password of old apple id and when i enter the password it says your apple id is locked and I cannot unlock it for example i want to use the app “Find My Friends” but sth comes and says you should enter the password of your apple id (old one) and when i enter the password it says you apple id is locked and I cannot use the app

Can you say what should i do to fix it ?
