Clicked on link on email. Will phone be infected or hacked?

I got an dodgy email and clicked on the link on the email (silly, I know), I immediately clicked off the email, I have also changed all my passwords and turned the wifi off. Is my phone infected and if so how will I know and what shall I do? I didn't give any details it was just a quick click and click off but I'm still stressed! I backed up my phone a few days ago. Any advice/help would be appreciated!
