So I've been using my MacBook Pro for gaming and one thing I stumbled upon that is an issue for me is being able to use Ctrl+Left Click without it performing the Right Click function. I've searched online for answers to this and nothing has solved the problem.
I'm using a 2013 MacBook Pro with MacOS Mojave. Any suggestions would be welcome.

There is no setting for it. It is hard-coded into the OS.
There is no "right-click", per se, in macOS as there really isn't a right mouse button. Ctrl-click (of the only mouse button) produces "Secondary Click." You can use the Mouse and Trackpad system prefs to map ctrl-click to "right"-click using the "Secondary Click" gesture.
You would have to re-map ctrl-click in the game to some other combination.
OK, thanks for your help. I'll just have to get use to using a different key instead of the Ctrl Button. Is there anyway I could suggest the option to disable Ctrl+Left Click = Right Click in any future MacOS updates or anything? Or is there any 3rd party software I could install to disable it?
I've gone through the Accessibility Settings, Keyboard & Mouse Preferences, and Shortcuts Settings but couldn't find anything about disabling it.

I don’t know of a third-party option. Maybe a keyboard remapper like Karabiner. Not really sure if it is possible.
