Ones I installed Mojave Safari didn't load up websites anymore, I have issues with my iCloud account too, I simply cant log in (password etc are correct). After that I realised that the Mail app also has problems with my gmail account authentication, and Mail tries to redirect for authentication to Safari which is also out of order...
I upgraded from El Capitan on a mid 2012 Macbook Pro.
Please help me solve this!

Start with If Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing ...

If you are you are certain your Apple ID credentials are correct yet you are unable to use iCloud services due to an inability to log in, start here: iCloud: Trouble signing in to iCloud.com. Follow all of its instructions from top to bottom.
