Safari history will not clear on iPhone 5s

I have a problem.

First, I try to clear my safari history by going to settings>safari>"clear history and website data" and then press clear history and data.

Then, to check if it has been cleared, I go to settings>general>storage and iCloud usage and then press on manage storage under "storage" (not "iCloud") and then press on safari, but it says that I still have 1.2 MB of data in history. How can I get rid of this data?

I am using an iPhone 5s with IOS 10.0.2.
