Software Update
My iPhone 6 has recently been fixed but when I turn it on it says I have a Software Update but it does not work

Connect your iPhone to charger, then go to Settings > General > Software Update. If there is any update, it will start.
Check for carrier update: Go to Settings > General > About. You'll see carrier update here, if any.
My phone just comes up with it saying connect to iTunes and I have done that multiple times but none of it is working
