i deleted some information from Notes Application
and i would like get back thoses informations which are important for me
but i dont know how to get back those notes

First, check the "Recently Deleted" folder inside the Notes app.
If they are not there, please, check do you use iCloud for notes? Under Settings > Your Name > iCloud, check if the toggle is on (green).
Also, have you used iCloud for notes or any other account like Gmail or Yahoo?
