keynote freezing

I open .pptx docs on my iphone but when i tried to open on my macbook then keynote freezing and make macbook to slow

MacBook, macOS 10.14

Have you updated Keynote on the Mac to version 9.0.2 from the Mac App Store Updates tab? Is your installation of macOS at 10.14.5?
