In the service center, Apple recognized the problem as being similar to a flexgate, but it was not the backlight cable that suffered, but the cable transmitting the image. In the free repair program flexgate they refused me. Apple, I ask you - include in this program all the plumes going to the screen.

Sorry. I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) with touchbar.

The service center did not see any problems related to https://www.apple.com/support/13-inch-macbook-pro-display-backlight-service/

Nevertheless, they confirmed that the fault is in the display cable.

I'm trying to get Apple's attention to this issue. I paid $ 2,700 for a macbook and now they offer me to pay another $ 600. I really like Apple products, but I don’t want to pay for the mistakes of Apple engineers and I’m not the only one. I will be very grateful to everyone who will help with the dissemination of information about this problem. This is not an isolated case, and many macbook owners will face this in the future.
