How can I premanently delte playlists that keep reappearing in itunes after I sync with a music folder on a d crive to uppload n ew songs to itues? I have tried right clicking on th eplaylist but they keep showing up after I sync to the music file that contains all my music that syns to itunes

If you mean that you add music to your library by importing the media folder rather than importing specific items, and that doing do reimports playlists that you'd previously deleted, then search for and delete, or at least move, and .m3u files in the media folder.
