Sorry, but as mentioned there is no solution. There is no way to see something that is never stored anywhere, leaves no permanent record, and cannot be accessed or made viewable by any app at the time of entry.

There is no way to see what code anyone enters at the lock screen. Quite honestly, if there was a way to see that, it would indicate a massive and ridiculous hole in iOS’s basic device security.

I don't think you're getting this. NO ONE HERE CAN OR SHOULD HELP YOU. There is no solution within iOS or external apps to crack the code of someone's passcode for iPhone. If anyone here tried to help you, they'd be knowingly helping you break the law to hack illegally into someone's phone.

NO ONE HERE CAN OR SHOULD DO THAT.

i’m thankful for your efforts to make my ipad more secure but unfortunately it’s not that what i need. i have a very important reason of why i want to know those digits. the same person will try to lock on my ipad with the same digits. i’ve been looking up apps that take a photo of the intruder, tell you the time they tried and the location. but i don’t need any of that. i just need the digits of the failed attempts. is there an app that shows you that?

The same person will try to lock on my ipad with the same digits.

That makes no sense. It doesn't matter what digits they use, just so they're the wrong ones.

No. The device can't do anything from the lock screen. That's why it's called a lock screen. Well, you can make the camera available even from there, but what "intruder" is going to take a picture of themselves?

Sorry to hear he appears to be having memory issues. But regardless, knowing which incorrect numbers he entered would still have zero value. He could use entirely different numbers the next time. And even if he uses the exact same incorrect numbers every single time, knowing what they are wouldn't change anything. The devices will still get locked after 10 incorrect tries.

Which incorrect numbers he enters is completely, 100% irrelevant.

Edit: Oh, wait. I think I get it.

You asked if he's always entering the same numbers, and then noted he stops after a couple of tries when realizing it's not his device.

Wanting to know which same numbers he enters and hoping your iPad or iPhone captures those entries can only mean one thing. He won't tell you what it is, and you want to know what the passcode is to his iPhone or iPad.

There are 1,000,000 possible combinations for six numbers. Having the first two still leaves you with 10,000 possible combinations for the last four numbers. It would be an achievement of extreme luck to get the correct digits before locking out the device.

This is an issue you'll have to work out with your husband. Any real attempt by anyone here to help you open a privately owned device would be illegal. It would fall under hacking to gain access to a device that does not belong to anyone here. And hacking is a federal crime with severe penalties.
